One of the best hospital in Secunderabad area. The hospital is well equipped and has experienced team of doctors. The admission process went well with proper guidance. Staff are co-operative and helped in getting the things done easily. Hospital Maintenance was good and I strongly recommend this hospital

worst hospital till now i ever saw. no food providing to corona patients in vantilator stage. my uncle was expired by their reckless treatment due to corona. they not provided food even when he was hungry for days. when we went to see him he asked us to get some food by crying💔. when we keep food near to him the staff are eating that food without intimating to us. we lost our loved one due to their reckless treatment & hospital management. they provided very high costly & powerful injections every day without providing any food to patient. later that we consulted our family doctor and asked about those injections, and he said that these are not useful for the treatment of covid. they just acquiring patients money for fake treatment. i wont recommend this hospital to anyone anymore.

Had gone to Hegde hospital after seeing the reviews on practo . Would I recommend it to someone else? absolutely not. Why? for starters when I booked the appointment through practo the consultation fee mention was 600 upon reaching the hospital we found out the fee had been hiked to 750. Secondly the history of the patient was taken on call and it was specified that once we reached the hospital we'd directly be taken into the doctors cabin which implies that I'll be having a physical consult with the doctor. I was asked to go into the cabin wherein I found out that it is a video consult. point to be noted here is we weren't informed of this whatsoever. I had booked an "In clinic" appointment which obviously has a very different meaning. They say it's for the safety of the doctor which I'm totally for but what about the safety of your patients that you're exposing to other patients who come into your hospital? especially the cellar area where the vitals are noted, there's no social distancing put in place. There's no precaution being implemented by the hospital staff and when I brought this to the doctors knowledge the answer j got was unfathomable. "The cellar is a public area" how is it a public area if it's part of your property? how is it a public area if the station where your staff is noting down my vitals has no precautions being implemented. How is that not your responsibility? what if another person next to me is covid positive while my temperature is being taken down due to the proximity of the person next to me because you don't have staff implementing the rules? if a video consult is to be done why not do it from the comfort of the patients house too? the reason given is if the patient requires a physical examination it becomes easier if they're in the hospital. fair. noted. makes sense. But what about the ones who don't require a physical examination? don't you think it's better to take a proper review beforehand so that only patients who require a physical presence of the doctor are asked to come in because that's what the whole claim is by the hospital to protect the patients. Then I'd suggest you all review your parameters again and then operate. There's a ton of mismanagement. Egoistic behaviours. Constructive criticism isn't taken into account . Expected much better from a hospital that has such good reviews. Never going back. Not recommending it to anyone else. A simple apology for the point I mentioned would have sufficed instead of making me wait for 2 hours to only insult me and to be argued with at the end of the day. EDIT the cellar public area is not as open a d the crowding is really high. None of what I have said if false perceptions. I'd be happy to upload to the pictures of your cellar waiting area and the floors as well to show the social distancing measures. I've no interest or personal gain in defaming your hospital. Have shared genuine reviews of the experience I've had. Discrepancies are definitely at a very high level not just in the protocols but in the communication by your staff as well. Hence I stand firm on my point that constructive criticism isn't welcome by the hospital. None of what I had said had to be taken personally but yet it was which is a shame for an organisation that's serving people . Fee has been hiked and hasn't been updated on practo. Cellar is thoroughly mismanaged and please do not come back with the same reason of it being a public area you should see how people crowd over there even if a person wants to practice social distancing they're unable to. The face shield that was provided to me literally had some foreign particle embedded on it please ask your receptionist if that had happened or not. Your protocol's are all very good on paper but in practice there's a major lag. Instead of trying to put your patients down just take atleast one point in your stride and work on it.

We visited the hospital just to know how much is the estimation for surrogacy. They did not give us the information without consultation fee. They collected 850/- and arranged a video call where Dr has told nothing but we can go for surrogacy. Later we were sent to admin dept. Where we are told how much would be the expenditure. The information was not clear. This kind of information was given by email in other hospitals. No proper administration. For just a word how much would be the cost of surrogacy we have spent 850/-. Money minded. May be there are parents who are happy with this institute. Personally I did not find professionalism.

Dear Prasad, My Dad is admitted in hospital on 09/09/2020 at 9:00 pm IST, till 3:00 pm IST on 09/10/2020 there is no medication started to my dad. My mom is sitting in LOB and they were not giving any details. We decided to discharge and total cost is 54000 rs, which includes medicine, covid test results in the KIT only. After reaching home, there are no medicines in KIT, when we tried calling many many times.. they are very irresponsible. Please don't cheat patients..if you guys have any responsibility towards your professional jobs.. give medicines and tell what exactly treatment is done.

If you go to hospital they will tell you have covid and they will give you covid treatment even it is not necessary. They play mind games. If we ask about patient details , they will not cooperate with us , docter charges per hour is 3000 but they we not talk for 5 minutes properly, if the patient is unable to take food , the sisters will not make them to eat , they will throw food behind patient and will pass away from there. Patient status will be given by nurses, docter, management authority totally different. They will take injectaions medications everything but we don't whether they are giving or not. Their aim is to take money , they will keep on charging gives worst treatment

Worst Management services. Money minded people. Billing is done very cleverly as, We may not know that thing at the time we were admitted in hospital because of the tention but after discharging and checking the bills we may come to know. You will come to know by comparing with the money you paid from your bank account in hospital and the amount they billed. My personal experience is when my father is admitted to this hospital, I paid around 90k rupees and remember it (checking my bank account statement), after discharging when I cross checked the final bill given by hospital with the bank statement. It has a difference of 40k. In bill they showed only 54k. I don't know how they calculated and where the remaining money went. I checked thoroughly and even I tried summing all the charges & bills but it is not balancing. I gave this two star because of the treatment given and saving my father's life. The mode of given treatment is Good. This is only thing to consider here positively .

Arogya hospital is making money hospital i would not suggest to the middle class family which has a limited budget . i have write down incident. my wife delivery date 18th October before one day told me check the covid test ( charges 1 to 2k / person )that we have got form Arogya hospital after that on admit day told me submit 10k for PPE kit i have submitted half amount. then told me submit wife file amount 5k done. then baby girl born immediately told me submit 5k for baby file done while my whole family covered in insurance. discharge day process my insurance file to insurer company with invalid amount after coordination with them clear my file then come to the reception for getting discharge file they print out a file and told me that's not covered in my insurance after deeply discussion with management they leave that file charge and told me sorry for inconvenience. Everting is covered in my insurance.

Hospital staff is very lazy. Staff handing like government hospital. My wife delivery was very horrible. The staff was doing experiment in absence of doctor after delivery non of staff caring. She was feeling very cold for 2 hr alone the hospital is money making. The hospital charged 10k for ppe kit extra but none of doctor used ppe kit during the labour room or OT instead the staff don't have sanitizer they take from patients I pay for ppe kit but only 1 doctor wearing ppe of cost 10k hahahah instead I also buy gloves for doctor. I don't know why the hospital charge 10k . Overall the hospital is money conscious over covid 19 time. Thanks

Worst hospital. Very careless staff, irresponsible nurses. They do nothing at their own. The attendant has to follow up for the medicine. The nurses handle the patient so roughly that the pain increase multiple times. Would never like to get hospitalized here again ever.

My mom has a mild heart attack, we immediately went to medicover hospital with reference of my cousin- G.chakrapani (MBBS) ,doctors and staff received in a proper way and the main doctor Dr. Ravikumar - cardiologist is the best in the city. They are very good in their job and my mom recovered in a week, in icu for 3 days observation.

Dear Medicover Management team. The non technical staffs are not well coordinate. Specially the Billing department have takes lot of time to billing 4 to 5 hours also the summery typing also. The discharge process is too much delay. I suffered 15 hours discharge process. I also seen others also same. I totally frustrated. There is no manager at hospital. Seriously a worst hospital it is. The emergency ward is worst than a general ward. The doctors talk loudly laugh crack jokes in emergency ward in front of patients and attendents. The light bulbs and tubes doesn't work. The staff is BHMS/BAMS passed. Professional ethics is really zero. They don't know how to behave in ICU wards. Really illitrates. They don't know how to handle patients gently. Not a single water purifier in the hospital. Toilet is really unhygienic. They only care about money that's it. Thank you to Dr BP singh and his management for helping me out.It was not possible to go to Germany, Turkey and other countries for treatment of my 13 years old child.He was suffering from bronchial asthma and still he is but now conditions are normal. i'm thankfull to god that i got a doctor who is still helping my son with all his persued experiences as well as ,i had never seen such a kind hearted doctor ever. once again thank uh to hospitality of midland for helping my son to overcome such situation.

DIE HERE!!! My dad was admitted here . He died because of the fault of DR. Shobhit srivastava. He agreed that it was his own fault and then he waived the money for surgery at the cost of my dad's life which was irreparable loss for us. I don't recommend anybody here. If you have lot of money and you want to die they are ready to take patients here. They cannot save any life.It was mistake of ward boy who placed catheter wrongly. And then dr. Shobit performed surgery to rupture urinary bladder so that the case can be changed. He took signature of my mom before surgery and left my dad in ventilator so that ward boy n hospital can be saved.

Dr b p singh for which we actually went to this hospital hardly gave 5mins to the patient. My mother got admitted herself by walking.. Then they spoiled her condition put them on ventilator and killed her. It was my mistake I preffeed b p singh doctor and not hospital. Same story happened with every patient there. Every patient got admitted then put on ventilator and then on dialysis. Icu, isolation units are all same and same entrance. Even covid patients are there and no sanitization done at all. No cleanliness and not hygiene. They only make money and keep on changing their statements on her report. My mother's report was all good but she got critical every night. She had 108 fever and doctors and staff did not pay attention. Keep on using their mobiles and they do timepass and gossip inside. Most of patients die there. Please don't ever go there even if it is last hospital.

This is best Covid 19 care hospital I have come across. As a banker i have been assigning and suggesting various hospitals to my people for treatment and the kind of treatment given by Maruthi Hospital at Trichy is the best. It is very professional, thorough and the care given by the doctors, nursing staffs and other are excellent. All of them wearing PPE suits all day and enquiring and providing service the whole day without any kind of fear. The Covid specific treatment, medicines, therapies, are all great. Hats of to each one of the medical team. The PPE suits does not help in recognizing their faces. I may not be able to recognize them if I meet them outside. They are the real faceless warriors that have put their life on fire to take care for patients. I got some of their names Dr.Silambarasaan, Dr.Vinodkumar, Dr.Punitha, Dr.Maniya, Dr.Rasheed Mohàmed, Nursing staff Ms.Abirami, Ms.Aarthika, Ms.Kavitha, Mr.Christopher; I may have left some of them and it is definitely not intentional; these guys are simply superb, each one of them. System is not organised, only help ful for one day emergency. On first day they charge me 500 rs for 7 dressings on body, on 2nd day they took 1200 for 5 dressings. There is no system for charging you, anyone just say how much you need to submit money on counter. Sab LOOT rahe h Bina batke, every Dr. Take their own money to see. Consulted Dr. Sneha for the PCOD and satisfied with the treatment. Dr. Sneha is very proffesional and very friendly. She is even available through watsapp incase if we couldn't consult for any clarifications. Very happy that i have been recovered from PCOD not completely but yes on process of recovering... Staff members are also very friendly and they followup / give a reminder to the patients who ever has taken appointments. Would highly recommend this hospital and expecially Dr. Sneha for any PCOD related issues.

Very unprofessional. There was a short guy from NE most probably, a hospital staff. when we were being briefed by a doctor on the second floor he didn't had the common sense to allow the patient to sit while he occupied the chair and the patient had to stand up. When we told him to give the chair as the patient was in scrutiating pain he instead questioned us why the patient wanted to sit. It's unethical and mannerless at many levels. Only recommend this place when in emergency otherwise proceed to some better institute like we did.

My sister was admitted for a day. She had a stomach infection. I found doctors quite engaging and friendly and I was quite impressed especially by Dr Salman, quite nice and a humorous doctor. He was the doctor-incharge. Thank you sir. Other doctors were good too. She is fit and fine now. But, I'm quite disappointed when it comes to communication with nurses. I know Karnataka doesn't like Hindi language, but I don't know what is their problem with english language. Nurses were unable to communicate in basic level english and it was very difficult for us to get what they exactly meant. See, you can't expect everyone to speak the local language because there are some people who are outsiders residing in Bangalore. We are also trying our level best to learn, but learning someone's language is not a walk at a park right? It takes time. If you find Hindi as a threat to your language, don't speak, it's totally fine. My only feedback is that, please appoint nurses who has a hold in basic level english speaking and those who are already working, please tell them to enroll themselves to English spoken classes. One star extra only for the doctors and cleanliness.

I have visited to their center yesterday but she denied to acknowledge government COVID 19 test report and even after that forcing me to have COVID test from their center. Best hospital in Shahdara , Dr Sweena is very polite , caring ,humble.we felt blessed to have such a great doctor taking care of our society.

One of the worst hospital i have ever come across. Dr. Sweena is not having a enough courtesy to how to treat your patient. Always try to lot money but suggesting some of unnecessary test. I have visited to their center yesterday but she denied to acknowledge government COVID 19 test report and even after that forcing me to have COVID test from their center. Unnecessary increasing the number of visit to charges the customer every time for OPD. At this time of pandemic where everyone is criticizing the government but i must say that government doctors are doing their best and having enough courtesy to how to talk to a patient. If you have some much of non harden money then visit to this hospital.
